Who we are
Portalix Media provides maintenance, optimization and technical support services for WordPress websites and web portals. Our website address is portalixmedia.rs and our contact address is kontakt@portalixmedia.rs.
What data we collect
Contact form data. When you send us an enquiry we collect your name, email address and the content of your message, along with anything you choose to include (site address, description of the problem).
Technical data. The server automatically records IP address, browser type and access time. This data is used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we process data
We use enquiry data solely to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for a maximum of two years from the last communication, unless the engagement creates a legal obligation to retain them for longer. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. Access may be available to service providers essential to our operations — our hosting provider and email provider — and only to the extent required to deliver the service.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. Send your request to kontakt@portalixmedia.rs and we will respond within the statutory deadline.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access control and regular updates.
